STYLECLICK.COM AND INTERTAINER STRIKE AGREEMENT FOR 3D BROADBAND CONTENT DISTRIBUTION

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --(August 25, 1999) -- Styleclick.com Inc., (NASDAQ: IBUY), creator of www.styleclick.com, a premier fashion e-commerce site, announced today it has signed a broadband content syndication agreement with Intertainer, Inc., the world's first interactive broadband network providing a full spectrum of entertainment-on-demand to both the cable and telco industries.

The emergence of broadband provides a new vehicle for the syndication of Styleclick.com's content which will appear on Intertainer's service when it begins consumer deployments this fall.

Under the agreement, Styleclick.com will provide Intertainer with content consisting of leading brand name merchandise imaged in a 3D rich format. Styleclick.com and Intertainer will share revenues from the sale of the merchandise featured on Intertainer's service.

Intertainer will showcase styleclick.com's content alongside television programming, which includes sitcoms, how-to, and children's programs, as well as featured in Intertainer's shopping channels.
