Agreements Ensure Access to More New Selections from Producers of Top Movie, Music and TV Programming via Intertainer's Broadband Network
SANTA MONICA, Calif. (January 27, 1999) -- Intertainer, Inc., the only
interactive broadband network providing a full spectrum of
entertainment-on-demand to both the cable and telco industries,
announced today comprehensive content deals with Columbia
TriStar Television Group, Warner Bros. and CINAR Corporation.
These new licensing agreements enhance the Intertainer service with
guaranteed rights to new titles, such as Lethal Weapon IV, Godzilla,
City of Angels, The Busy World of Richard Scarry and many others.

creating a one-stop entertainment-on-demand source for people who
love movies, television and music through great companies like
Warner Bros., Columbia TriStar Television Group and CINAR," said

The Columbia TriStar Television Group, Warner Bros. and CINAR
Corporation contracts provide Intertainer extensive access to first run
pay-per-view and library movies, music, concerts and special-interest
titles of all kinds. Both Columbia TriStar Television Group and Warner
Bros. also have agreed to work with Intertainer on programming
specifically for the Intertainer service. In addition, CINAR Corporation
plans to work with Intertainer on unprecedented interactive educational
programming.

These new contracts with Warner Bros. Domestic Pay-TV, Cable and
Network Features, Columbia TriStar Television Group and CINAR
complement Intertainer's current content, including television
selections pending from NBC and a co-branded virtual
barnesandnoble.com bookstore. Intertainer investors include major
media and technology companies including Comcast, Intel, Columbia
TriStar Television Group, US WEST and NBC. Partners Comcast and
US WEST are currently developing commercial trials.
