CULVER CITY, February 6, 2001 - Intertainer, the entertainment on-demand broadband network, and Warner Music Group (WMG) today announced a non-exclusive licensing agreement. Under the agreement, Intertainer users in the U.S. on the Intertainer.tv and Intertainer.com broadband platforms will have on-demand secure streaming access to WMG-controlled music videos from The Atlantic Group, Elektra Entertainment Group, London-Sire Records, and Warner Bros. Records Inc. Intertainer will also work with Warner Music Group to market new artists and promote catalog titles.

Music videos are available on Intertainer.tv, a high-speed (750 kbps) broadband entertainment on-demand service available through affiliate DSL and cable modem providers, and Intertainer.com, a lower bit-rate (384 kbps) broadband Web site. Content on the Intertainer.tv includes first-run pay-per-view movies from top Hollywood studios, popular television programming, music videos, concerts and more. Content on the free Intertainer.com broadband Web site includes the American Film Institute's library of short films, music videos, original specials, movie trailers and more.

While viewing a music video, an Intertainer user can review a track list from the artist's current release, purchase the current or past releases and find out more information about the artist.
